Uinta County Museum

The museum’s exhibits focus on the general history of Uinta County and Wyoming. Permanent exhibit topics include Indians, pioneers, mining, the railroad, gambling, the Chinese, industries, equipment, costumes, ranches, schools, stores and parlors. It contains an extensive collection of Chinese artifacts, arrowheads, Indian artifacts, clothing, pioneer relics, furniture, and pictures. It also has a room furnished in 1880s furniture. M-F, 9-5; Summer: Sat/Sun., 10-4. Admission is free and donations accepted.
