This museum chronicles the history of Kemmerer and Diamondville. Inside you’ll see an early 1900s period dining room, a replica coal mine and assortment of coal mining equipment, bootlegging stills and wine presses, a Hadrosaurid footprint, a two-bodied lamb, mountain men memorabilia, the JC Penney Mother Store, Sawaya’s Kemmerer Shoe Store, and Annie Richey, Cattle Rustler, memorabilia. The museum is open Monday through Saturday. Admission is free.
