The Buffalo Bill Historical Center is located in northwestern Wyoming, 52 miles from Yellowstone National Park’s East Gate. The Center is comprised of five internationally acclaimed museums devoted to Western cultural and natural history: the Buffalo Bill Museum, the Cody Firearms Museum, the Plains Indian Museum, the Draper Museum of Natural History and the Whitney Gallery of Western Art, plus the Harold McCracken Research Library. Admission is good for two consecutive days to all five museums. Call for hours and rates or visit them on the web.
