Red Rocks & Badlands
12 miles east of Dubois

On the north side of the highway through Dubois, the badlands offer the visitor spectacular scenery. The road winds through red rock country providing views of the red cliffs. The badlands stretch for many miles to the east in the Wind River Indian Reservation. The color of this barren wasteland is uniquely beautiful.
