Bedford

Mormon pioneer and bishop, William B. Preston named this town for his childhood home, Bedford, England. Settled in the 1880s, this part of Star Valley specialized in sheep ranching, and large herds can still be seen in the fall when they come down from summer grazing in the mountains.
